famous piece of art "recreation" project!

This painting, by Pablo Picasso, is called "Dying Bull." It was created in 1934. I was drawn to this piece first by the angles and distorted shape of the bull's body. Its shape alone conveys feelings of agony and chaos. Also, the expression on the bull's face further proves its torture; the distorted positioning of its eyes and ears show this, too. I want to recreate this using a different animal. The first animal I thought of for some reason was an ostrich, perhaps because ostriches are already awkward and have strange shapes. I may also use an animal that is naturally graceful and elegant, (maybe a swan? or lion? or deer?), and distort it like this to juxtapose elegance and chaos.
